Of course I'd want you around! You're my son, or close enough! I don't think of you as a responsibility at all. If anything, it's a little selfish on my part.

I just want the people I like to be close to me. Even if you'd rather be somewhere else. Even if we're all from different worlds and won't remember this in the end. Even if it's just for now, that's good enough. So- let me pretend a little?
